Synopsis
Set in 1916 during World War I, The Choral follows the members of a Yorkshire choral society who, having lost most of their men to the war effort, recruit young singers and appoint a new chorus master, Dr. Henry Guthrie. As tensions rise and conscription looms, the townspeople discover that making music together offers resilience, community and hope amid hardship.
